Moore Financial, formed in 1992 with offices in New York, Dallas, Texas, San Diego and Fresno, California, was originally organized to provide typical financial services to the real estate development industry through its affiliation as an exclusive West Coast correspondent for a New York based conduit. Since our establishment the company has evolved into a full service organization offering a broad range and scope of financial services to an equally broad range of client types. We now find ourselves serving real estate clients as well as clients seeking funding for diverse businesses as insurance, manufacturing, technology and entertainment – for both startup capital and expansion capital. In addition, we have added bond financing and specialize in underwriting documentation, feasibility studies and marketing reports. Our services include a complete financial analysis for every funding request we receive as well as a thorough comparison of the information submitted for projects with the underwriting or investment guidelines of lenders and investors.

Our equity financing services not only include the ability to provide our clients with written private placement offerings fully compliant with SEC regulations, but we present their offering to the institutional investor and broker/dealer markets through our office in the financial district in New York. With our business plan and marketing plan services we provide our clients with strong tools for presenting an accurate synopsis of their business to the investor community.
