Carl has over 35 years experience with the insurance, real estate and securities industries with an emphasis on commercial mortgage lending. Prior to establishing C. L. Moore Financial, Carl specialized in the syndication and management of real estate partnerships, managed the direct and indirect origination of mortgages and other product for asset-backed securities for a national mortgage banking firm. He is licensed as a multi-state Real Estate Broker and has held licenses in Insurance and Securities. Carl is a graduate of Southwestern College and recently earned a degree in Theology.

erry L. Van Tassel - Asset Development
Gerry has over 32 years experience in real estate related industries including his own general contracting, mechanical contracting, mechanical engineering and appraisal firms, and as an Executive Vice President with a Mortgage Banking firm. He was licensed as a real estate broker in Colorado for over 15 years. He has provided expert witness testimony as an appraiser, has been a court appointed appraiser, and has been an approved appraiser for the United States Marshal Service. He was an officer in the US Marine Corps and holds a BS degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Colorado with graduate work in Business Administration at the University of Washington. He holds a current designation as a state of California General Certified Appraiser.

teve Seeman - Equity Financing, New York
Steve is a specialist in stock market trading, financial services and corporate development. His involvement in the financial community has included venture capital and mortgage banking services, both domestically and internationally. As a securities advisor, Steve created and managed entire divisions of stocks, bonds and investment banking as well as mortgage-backed securities. Steve earned a BS degree from Long Island University and currently holds Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.

ary D. Bougher - Project Analyst
Gary has been involved in various real estate activities for 25 years, including his own construction and appraisal firms. He has also served as a senior vice president of a mortgage banking company, project manager for the funding of large residential projects with tax exempt bond financing and subsidiary vice president for a savings & loan. Gary is currently licensed as a real estate appraiser and held a real estate license in California for 10 years. Gary was an officer in the U.S. Army and received a BS degree in Food Technology from Ohio State University.

scar R. Keeme - Latin America Origination
Oscar has specialized in International marketing for a number of companies by introducing American product into Mexico and arranged for Mexican product to be introduced into the American market. He has handled International banking for Valley National Bank in Tucson, Arizona and has provided translation services for the Yuma County Attorney’s Office. Oscar earned a B.A. degree from the University of Arizona, graduating Phi Beta Ki, was a surgical specialist in the U.S.A.F. and is a licensed real estate broker. He has been given the responsibility of expanding the company’s presence in Latin America.

irk A. Patterson - Origination
Kirk has managed multimillion dollar multi-family construction projects for over 25 years. He was instrumental in the design of computer generated models used in analyzing construction development. Kirk graduated from the Fresno State University Mortgage Banking Program and currently holds a General Contractors License as well as a Real Estate Broker’s License.

aren Ross - Commercial Loan Processor
Caren has over ten years experience in the mortgage and banking industry. She held lending positions at Wells Fargo Bank, Advanta Mortgage Corporation and Southern Pacific Funding Corporation. Caren earned an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Grossmont College and is currently working on a degree B.S. degree.

elly Shaeffer - Corporate Secretary and Treasurer
Kelly has held administrative positions at IBM, Wang and Hughes Aircraft. After receiving her degree in legal studies she held office management and paralegal positions at several law firms. While at one of San Diego’s largest law firms, Kelly specialized in civil litigation, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court procedures.
